Knowledge Based Computer Systems

The KBCS division at CDAC Mumbai carries out research and development in selected subfields of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The division conducts a variety of courses, workshops and conferences related to various areas of AI and is also actively involved in CSI's Special Interest Group on Artificial Intelligence (SIGAI) .

Conferences
The group organizes National and International Conferences on AI and related topics. The previous conference being KBCS-2004. It also played a major role in organizing IJCAI 2007 (International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence) at Hyderabad, India.
